Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 (ten)
days of the invoice date. Returned jewelry must
be in new/unused condition and include all
original paperwork. If applicable, all labels
must be intact. All returned merchandise is
carefully inspected for damage including but not
limited to: scratches, dents, dirt, signs of
wear, etc. An item is considered to be in
new/unused condition if there are no signs of
wear, scratches, alterations or resizing not
done by Syd Curtis Designs, or any of the above
listed attributes. We reserve the right to
reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking. We
will not accept items that show any indication
of wear.Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exchanges/Returns that meet our above guidelines must be shipped to us within 10 days of invoice date following these steps:
- Carefully and securely package your jewelry
item.
- Items may be shipped by the carrier of your
choice. However, it is strongly recommended that
insurance or delivery confirmation be added.
Please note: We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit to Syd Curtis Designs, or that were not sent in accordance to the information provided here. Please follow all instructions as given to ensure your package arrives at our location. - Please send the item(s) to the address

- Please note: Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the expense was incurred due to Syd Curtis Designs’ error.
Repair Policy
If you need to send a jewelry item in for
repair, please follow these steps:- Clearly state in writing what repair work is
to be done.
- Include your contact and shipping information,
including your name, address, daytime phone
number and email address.
- Carefully and securely package your jewelry
item.
- Items may be shipped by the carrier of your
