We accept returns and exchanges within 10 (ten) days of the invoice date. Returned jewelry must be in new/unused condition and include all original paperwork. If applicable, all labels must be intact. All returned merchandise is carefully inspected for damage including but not limited to: scratches, dents, dirt, signs of wear, etc. An item is considered to be in new/unused condition if there are no signs of wear, scratches, alterations or resizing not done by Syd Curtis Designs, or any of the above listed attributes. We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking. We will not accept items that show any indication of wear.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exchanges/Returns that meet our above guidelines must be shipped to us within 10 days of invoice date following these steps:
